Granola has become one of the breakfast in my home..well served with yoghurt.. its so easy to make in just 5 minutes that to in microwave.. I have used biscoff in this granola…its crunchy and yummy..

- 5 tbsp Rolled Oats
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 2 tsp water
- 2 tsp Lotus biscoff spread
- 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 tsp honey
- 1/4 cup Nuts
- 2 tbsp dried fruits

Instructions
- In a Microwave bowl add in coconut oil,water,vanilla essence,honey and biscoff spread microwave it for 30 sec.
- mix well until combined then add in rolled oats,nuts and mix well
- microwave it for 3-4 minutes stirring every 1 minute until crunchy .
- Transfer to the plate and allow it to cool..
